Use of this website

Content on this site is published for general information and to describe our work. Case studies on the Projects page — for example G-NI Brand Strategy or Longevity Guide — reflect client engagements at the time of publication; specific implementation details may have evolved since. Trademarks shown on case-study pages belong to their respective owners and are used here with permission for illustrative purposes.

Engagement terms

All client engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work. The SOW covers scope, milestones, payment terms, intellectual property assignment and confidentiality. Liability and quality standards

The studio's liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for the work in question. We carry standard professional indemnity cover. Industry-standard guidance we explicitly draw from includes the ISO/IEC 25010 quality model, the W3C WCAG accessibility guidelines, and the OWASP Top Ten web application security risks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Where any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the terms remains in effect.
