LaProm Connect Restaurant App — App Development case study
A case study from Rioney Entertainment and Studios covering app development for a real client engagement. The breakdown below follows the same Problem, Solution, Services structure used across every project page so cases stay easy to compare.
Problem
LaProm Connect runs in restaurants with multilingual kitchen and floor staff. Orders, inventory counts, shopping lists, daily announcements, and package deliveries were all tracked across paper, chat apps, and a legacy POS — losing context on every hand-off. Language barriers between front-of-house and kitchen made the simple stuff (an order modification, a low-stock alert) slow and error-prone.
Solution
We designed and built a single Android + iOS app that brings every restaurant workflow into one place. Real-time internal messaging with automatic translation removes the language barrier; live order, inventory, and delivery tracking replaces the paper trail; and a unified module for shopping lists, internal announcements, and inbound packages means nothing falls between systems. Managers see the whole floor in one dashboard; staff get a focused, role-scoped view on the device they already carry.
